1 lemon’s juice

150 ml vegetable stock

Steps

Arrange the pak choi leaves and soya beans in the glass tray. Lay the salmon fillets on top. |

Add the spring onions, ginger, lemon slices and red chilli. |

Mix together the lemon juice, vegetable stock, soy sauce and coriander. Pour into the dish. |

Cook on Steam 1 for 20-30 minutes or until cooked. |
