Arrange the pak choi leaves and soya beans in the glass tray. Lay the salmon fillets on top.

Add the spring onions, ginger, lemon slices and red chilli.

Mix together the lemon juice, vegetable stock, soy sauce and coriander. Pour into the dish.

Cook on Steam 1 for 20-30 minutes or until cooked.

4 salmon fillets 150g each
2 spring onions sliced
1 tbsp ginger finely chopped
1 red chilli cut into fine strips
1 lemon’s juice
150 ml vegetable stock
2 tsp soy sauce
coriander chopped
