This little delicacy brings just about everything: crunch, creaminess, freshness, and spice.
Want to change the recipe for vegetarians? Try substituting jackfruit for the crabs.

Mix butter with salt and paprika powder. Microwave at 1000 W for about 1 minute to melt. Use to brush the puff pastry, halve lengthwise, and cut into three equal parts. |

Place on a plate and bake at 200°C (hot air function) for about 8 minutes until fluffy. |

Meanwhile, wash the lime and dry. Zest and juice. Mix together the zest, juice, honey, salt, pepper and olive oil in a bowl. |

Half the avocado lengthwise and remove pit. Cut the avocado lengthwise and crosswise in the shell and then remove cubes with a spoon. Mix with the vinaigrette and set aside. |

Peel the grapefruit and cut out with a knife. Wash the dill, shake dry, and pick off the tips. |

Layer the finished puff pastry alternately with avocado salad, crab and grapefruit. Finish with puff pastry and garnish with a little dill. |
