30g honey

Preheat your convection oven at 200°C. |

Marinate chicken wingettes with oyster sauce, honey, soy sauce, white pepper and salt. Set aside and let marinate in the fridge for 6 hours. |

Cut pandan leaves into thin strips and tie around the chicken wingettes. |

Arrange the wingettes on the tray lined with parchment paper. |

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or till cooked. |

To make the dipping sauce, blend together then pour into a bowl and serve. |
