3 medium-sized potatoes

1 bunch of soup greens

100g bacon cubes

Directions
This hearty soup is just the thing after a walk in the fresh spring air, and also works great as a quick lunch.
Steps

Peel and wash the potatoes. Clean the soup greens and cut everything into small cubes. |

Put the potatoes and soup greens into a bowl with all the other ingredients and stir. |

Cook covered in the microwave with the combination of 300 watts for 6 minutes and 600 watts for 8 minutes. |

Stir the soup and cook for 3-6 more minutes – depending on the desired cooking condition – at 600 watts. |
