Piña Colada Smoothie Bowl

  • To Serve

Cut pineapple into cubes and place in a container with closed lid. Put in freezer for at least 4-6 hours or all night.

Put the sorbet filter into the Slow Juicer. Put the frozen pineapple cubes into the Slow Juicer to get a pineapple sorbet.

Add coconut milk, a few drops of lime juice and coconut flower nectar (optional) to the pineapple sorbet. Use more milk for a smoother consistency, less milk for a thicker consistency.

Stir the puree and put into bowls. Decorate the smoothie bowls according to your taste. For example, you can use banana bread granola, coconut and chocolate granola, chia seeds, almond butter, fresh fruit, and dried coconut.
