Ingredients
-
8 yellow peaches
-
2 bananas
-
4 tbsp maple syrup
-
200 ml almond milk
-
For Almond Milk
-
20g almonds
-
200 ml water
Steps
1
|
The night before: Place the cashews in water and leave them to soak overnight. |
2
|
Add the soaked almonds and the water into the Slow Juicer, blend it, and extract the self-made almond milk. |
3
|
To prepare the sorbet mixture, cut the fruits into pieces and use a blender to blend them with maple syrup and 100ml of the almond milk. Keep the rest of your self-made almond milk in the fridge and enjoy it for your next breakfast. |
4
|
Pour the mix into the ice cube tray and leave it in the freezer for about 4 hours (or until it is fully frozen). |
5
|
Place the frozen filter in the Slow Juicer, add the frozen mix cubes and process them. |
6
|
Put the sorbet in a bowl and press it lightly to compact it. Use the scoop to create balls of sorbet. |
7
|
Your sorbet is ready. You can serve it with basil leaves and some peach slices. |
