40g cornstarch

50g brown sugar

tip of a tsp tumeric

vanillato taste

Use this cream to fill fruity tarts, or enjoy with croissants, sponge cake, or other homemade desserts!
Steps

In a microwave-safe bowl, add the corn starch and half the soy milk. Mix with a whisk to dissolve the starch. |

Add the turmeric, brown sugar, remaining soy milk, and vanilla. Continue to whisk. |

Place the bowl in the microwave at 1000W for 1 minute and 30 seconds. |

Whisk the mixture again and put it back in the microwave at 1000W for 1 minute. Repeat 3 times, stirring at the end of each round. In 5 minutes, you’ll have a fragrant, velvety cream. |
