These delicious molten chocolate mug cakes are totally vegan and so easy to make in 5 minutes!

Steps

Place the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 60 seconds to melt it.

Add the cacao powder, ground almonds, and baking powder to a mixing bowl and stir together well before adding in the coconut oil and the rest of the wet ingredients.

Mix well until you have a smooth cake mixture.

Spoon the mixture into two ramekins or small mugs. Microwave on high for two minutes.
