Apple Juice with Beetroot and Carrots

Crunchy apples, beetroot, and carrots: these three provide you with well over 30 vitamins, minerals, and trace elements—including vitamin C, folic acid, and iron. Consuming these allows you to strengthen your immune system, and promote healthy cell division and blood formation.

Bet that the delicious apple juice goes down like oil? In fact, we add one tablespoon of neutral vegetable oil. This allows the body to absorb and process the fat-soluble vitamins such as beta carotene or vitamin E prima.




Wash and peel the beetroot. Cut off the carrot ends and remove the stems from the apples. Do not peel: there are lots of vitamins in and under the peel.


Cut beetroot, carrots, and apples into pieces and put in the Slow Juicer.


Add vegetable oil and stir.
